Privacy Policy

This policy explains what we collect, why, and what you can ask us to do about it.

1. What we collect

• Details you give us: name, email, and anything you type into a form or send us by email.
• Payment details: handled by our payment processors. We see the last four digits, the card brand, the amount and the billing country. We never see or store your full card number.
• Account activity: what you opened inside the portal, so we know what you own and where you left off.
• Site and ad data: pages viewed, device and browser, referring source, and events from advertising and analytics pixels.

2. Why we use it

• To give you access to what you bought and to support you.
• To take payment and handle refunds.
• To send you emails about your purchase, and marketing emails you can unsubscribe from at the bottom of any one of them.
• To measure and improve our advertising and our pages.

3. Who we share it with

Only the providers we need to run the business: our payment processors (Stripe and, for some purchases, GoHighLevel), our email and CRM system, our hosting and portal platform, and advertising and analytics platforms including Meta and Google. They process data for us under their own terms and we do not sell your personal data to anyone.

4. Cookies and pixels

We use cookies and advertising pixels to keep you logged in, to remember your progress and to measure which ads and pages work. You can block cookies in your browser, and you can opt out of personalised advertising in your Meta and Google account settings. Blocking some cookies may break parts of the portal.

5. How long we keep it

Account and purchase records are kept while your account exists and for as long as we need them for tax and accounting. Marketing contact data is kept until you unsubscribe or ask us to delete it.

6. Your rights

You can ask us for a copy of the data we hold about you, ask us to correct it, ask us to delete it, or ask us to stop sending you marketing. Email adunn@vibeconsultant.com and we will handle it. If you ask for deletion we will also close your product access, because the two are linked.

7. Business contact data in our lead products

Plans that include B2B prospect data provide business contact information used for business to business outreach. If you are a business contact who appears in that data and you want your details removed, email us and we will remove you and pass the request to our data supplier.

8. Children

Our products are for adults in business. We do not knowingly collect data from anyone under 18.

9. International transfers

We are based in the United Arab Emirates and our providers operate in the United States and the European Union, so your data may be processed outside your country. We only use established providers with standard contractual protections in place.
