Terms of Service

These terms apply to everything you buy from Vibe Consultant, including the AI Audit Workshop, The Done For You Client Pack, The Mini Audit Skill, Unlimited Leads and Vibe Consultant Pro. By buying or using any of it you agree to what is written here.

1. What you are buying

You are buying access to digital training, templates, documents, software tools and, on some plans, hosted lead data. Access is granted to one person. You may use everything with your own clients. You may not resell, republish or share your login, and you may not redistribute the templates or documents as your own product for sale.

2. Access

Your products are delivered inside your account at portal.vibeconsultant.com. One-time purchases stay in your account, including updates we make to those products. Subscriptions stay available while the subscription is active.

3. Payment

Prices are in US dollars. One-time products are charged once. Subscriptions renew automatically at the stated price until you cancel. You can cancel a subscription at any time and keep access until the end of the period you have paid for.

4. Refunds

The 30 day money back guarantee applies only to the initial AI Audit Workshop purchase. If you are inside 30 days of that workshop purchase and want a refund, email adunn@vibeconsultant.com from the address you bought with. You do not need a reason. A refunded workshop purchase loses access to the workshop.

We do not offer refunds on any other product, add-on or subscription, including Done For You packs, template packs, downloadable templates or documents, software tools, lead-data plans and Vibe Consultant Pro. Those purchases give access to digital materials, delivered work or tools that can be used or retained once provided, so all such sales are final, except where applicable law requires otherwise.

Subscription payments already taken for a completed billing period are not refunded. You can cancel before your next renewal to prevent a further payment, and access continues until the end of the period you have paid for.

5. Lead data

Where a plan includes business contact data, that data is licensed to you for your own outreach and for work you do for your clients. It is business to business data. You may not resell the raw database or pass bulk exports to third parties. Usage runs on a fair use allowance per account: searches and exports are subject to a daily limit, and there are no per lookup credit charges. You are responsible for complying with the marketing and privacy laws that apply where you and your prospects are based.

6. Third party tools

Some products reference or recommend third party software. Where a tool is not ours, you deal with that provider directly and pay them under their own terms and pricing. We include our setup steps and templates for those tools, not the tool subscription itself.

7. Results

We teach a method and give you the materials. What you earn depends on your own work, your market and your skill. Nothing on our pages is a promise of income, and no result described anywhere should be read as typical or guaranteed. This is business education, not financial, legal or tax advice.

8. Acceptable use

• No sharing or reselling your account access.
• No scraping, bulk downloading or reverse engineering our tools.
• No using our materials for anything illegal, deceptive or abusive.

We can suspend or close an account that breaks these rules, without a refund where the breach is deliberate.

9. Our liability

We provide our products as they are. To the fullest extent the law allows, our total liability to you is limited to the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the claim. We are not liable for lost profit or indirect loss.

10. Changes

We may update these terms. The version on this page is the one that applies. If a change materially affects a subscription you hold, we will tell you before your next renewal.

11. Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates, and the courts of the Emirate of Sharjah have jurisdiction.
